Crochet fun! Week 1

For the next few weeks I will be very busy getting orders made and shipped. So, to keep you occupied while I am away I will be posting once a week with some fun facts about the art of crochet. Also, I will be randomly adding to a few of the posts a discount towards a purchase. This discount will only be good for a limited time so you'll want to use it asap! Enough talking, here is the first fun fact!

The origin of the art of crochet is uncertain. However the word crochet comes from the French word croche, meaning hook. (circa. 1840-50)

There are many words and styles for this particular art. I love the diversity we all can bring to the world with our beautiful creations.
