Store Policies

*Shipping and Handling starts out at $2.50 for the first 3 items (First Class Mail 2-9 day), excluding the Name/Phrase plaque, S&H for this item will be $6 . $1 is added to shipping and handling for each additional item. If you would like to purchase insurance it will be $1.70 extra. Insurance is optional but recommended. If the item ordered is needed faster, I will send it Priority 2 day and the shipping will be $5.
Any shipping amounts not used will be refunded.
I am not responsible for lost items. I ship to the United States and Canada.

*S&H for Canada will be $3.50 for the first 3 items and $1 for each additional item.

*Turnaround for getting items out will be 2 weeks. If item is needed by a certain date please let me know when checking out.

*Payment: I accept Paypal and Personal checks. The Personal check must clear before item is sent. Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of invoice. One reminder will be sent and you will be given 24 hours to respond. If payment is not recieved your order will be cancelled.



Wholesale and Custom orders

If you have a picture of an item you would like made please e-mail it to me and I will let you know if I can make it and also a quote on the price.

If you are interested in a wholesale agreement please e-mail with your request(s) and we can work something out. I do offer a discount per item if bought for wholesale purposes.

All my items are made in a smoke free, pet free and kid friendly environment!

If in the event that an item is going to take longer than stated I will e-mail to let you know. If you need the item(s) by a certain date please let me know when you order.
