Ooops....I accidentally left feedback instead of leaving a comment. Then I left a comment on the wrong page. Apparently I am "blogspot challenged". Perhaps the third time will be the charm!
Anyhow, my favorite Thanksgiving dish is my mom's acorn squash.
She slow roasts it in the oven until it's nice and tender.
Then we mash up the insides with butter and brown sugar.
Delish!

I can't decide on the Thanksgiving food, but the first thing that comes to mind is sweet potato casserole. Thanksgiving is usually the only time I get it!

My favorite dish on Thanksgiving, so hard to pick one. I love the whole meal- the turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potato mush, cranberry sauce. But if I had to pick only one thing that yells "Thanksgiving" to me- it would have to be my Mom's cranberry salad recipe that we grew up having every single Thanksgiving. It was so yummy and simple I don't know why we didn't have it but once a year!

Oh shoot! I got so excited I forgot that I'm supposed to leave my fave T-day dish. Well, can I just say I have a knock-out menu! First, my turkey is brined so it turns out so moist and tasty! Then I have a really yummy mashed potato recipe. My stuffing recipe is really good too. I stick to the green bean w/ french fried onion recipe because everyone loves it. I buy my pies- I can't make a good crust. Rolls- depends on how much time I have. I have a good recipe, but I have cheated and used the Rhoades frozen ones before. Oh and my gravy is awesome too! =-) I love eating!
